Yes. Cancel before the next billing date and you keep access until the end of the current period. There is no long-term commitment. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → NAVIÉ.

Polish, English, German, and Spanish. You can switch the app language in Settings.

In the app go to Settings and select Request account deletion. The app records the request for processing; this is not immediate automatic deletion. If you cannot access the app, follow the steps at /account-deletion or email contact@getnavie.app without sending a password, code, or token.

In the app: Settings → Data Management → Export. You can export your data in CSV format.

Core account and salon data uses Supabase services. Other providers support subscriptions, invitations, SMS, push notifications and, if enabled in the released build, product analytics. See the Privacy Policy for the current inventory and review status.

Make sure you have an active internet connection and the latest app version, then restart the app. If the issue persists, email contact@getnavie.app with your account email, a redacted description of the issue, and your device model and OS version. Never send passwords, login codes, tokens, full salon-client data, or payment details.
